About Malik Benamar

With a unique blend of technical expertise and human resources experience, I bring a well-rounded perspective to organizational development and people management. After 3+ years as a software developer specializing in C# and Flutter, I transitioned into HR, where I now thrive in roles that require both analytical thinking and a people-first mindset. Currently, I serve as a Senior HR Coordinator at Walmart, following my role as an Associate Partner in HR at Amazon. Over the past two years, I’ve developed a strong foundation in employee relations, workforce planning, and HR operations. My background in software engineering gives me a distinct edge in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and tech-enabled HR solutions. Whether I’m supporting teams through change, enhancing employee engagement, or streamlining HR processes, I’m passionate about creating environments where people and businesses can grow together.
