About Malik Ikramullah

My core interest lies in employee performance management, with a focus on system design, appraisal methods (results and behavior-based), rater biases, and appraiser training. I had the opportunity to lead a Human Resource Audit for a major public sector organization in Pakistan under the Prime Minister’s Inspection Committee. I also served as a technical expert in COMSATS University’s data submissions to QS and Times Higher Education rankings. With expertise in quasi-experimental and survey research using SPSS and SmartPLS SEM, my work has been published in journals such as Management Decision, Personnel Review, and Career Development International. I have taught various HR and management courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.
