I have over 10 years of experience covering a breadth of business services and 4 years of experience working successfully in an IT support capacity. In this capacity, I managed and resolved support tickets, prioritizing and escalating as necessary. I provided continuous support services for local and remote end-user in network setup and Windows system troubleshooting. Additionally, I participated in implementing long-term plans and projects within IT and the overall organization. I have experience working with Microsoft Desktop OS, including Windows XP, 7, and 10, and Mac OS. I am also knowledgeable about Network topology, such as routing, switching, and networking equipment, and database replication. I show great initiative, have a strong work ethic, and have excellent customer service and organizational skills. Furthermore, I am very detail oriented, a strong problem solver, and am a quick study when learning new concepts. I am proficient at multitasking, and often complete tasks prior to deadlines.
