About Malik Shockley

Originally born and grew up in Salisbury, MD (Eastern Shore) and later relocated to Wilmington, DE/Greater Philadelphia area in 2015. I continued my studies at McDaniel College where I was a full-time student athlete for 2 years and continued my education career at Delaware Technical Community College with a major in Accounting. I've previously been apart of the Customer Care team at Aqua America (now called Essentials Inc) where I was a regional customer care representative for 4 years before beginning my career at Estee Lauder. I began as an area supervisor in November '21 and swiftly received a new role as Assistant Operations Manager which is my current role to this day. I'm an introverted individual that possesses a great amount of people skills and find it easy to communicate to co-workers and team members for the greater good of our daily duties. I'm very ambitious when it comes to problem solving. As a child my mother told me I never wanted anything if someone else was involved in me getting said thing - Even if it was someone opening up a soda bottle for me! Throughout my journey I am becoming more in-tune with who I am as a person, what is needed for me to succeed and the areas I could use improvement in. I'm an avid sports lover! Feel free to reach out and connect regarding any of my past or current experiences or anything involving Philadelphia sports (Go Birds!)
