I am interested in the application of enzymes and enzyme inhibitors for clinical use. I have studied several new enzymes from microorganisms. Some of them are biologically important and others are under studying. To study these enzymes, I used general methods of enzymology and molecular cloning techniques, X-ray crystallographic studies for the clarification of their three dimensional structure.
