As the Director and CEO of MantaRay Management Limited, I specialize in structuring for medium and large companies, wealth funds, and trading platforms globally. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and have worked with four of the world's leading consulting firms, where I gained valuable experience in various offshore jurisdictions. My work has been recognized in several white papers and articles published in international taxation forums and ITPA publications. Previously, I served as an independent director for Barclays Bank, Seychelles, where I established and currently chair the Subsidiary Audit Committee.
