Hi and welcome! I’m Malin - a passionate, conscious, and creatively driven marketing leader with over a decade of experience building and growing some of the world’s most iconic brands. For the past six years, I’ve been shaping the marketing agenda as part of the commercial leadership team - driving growth, nurturing teams, and creating lasting connections between brands and people. I bring a strong blend of strategic clarity, creative energy, and human leadership to everything I do. I thrive where communication is meaningful and leadership empowers people. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of: • Leading Nordic and global brand strategies at SAS, Carlsberg, JDE Peet’s and Ole & Steen Lagkagehuset. • Building and scaling marketing functions to enable international growth • Developing award-winning campaigns, successful innovations, impactful co-labs, and highly regarded loyalty programs • Guiding teams of 5 to over 40 marketers across multiple brand and marketing disciplines • Navigating transformation and fostering adaptability, continuity, and team resilience during times of change (including COVID-19) Originally from Swedish Lapland, I’ve called Copenhagen home for nearly 20 years. Along the way, I’ve also lived and worked in the US, Spain, Turkey, and South Africa - experiences that have strengthened my cultural curiosity and global mindset. At the moment, I’m especially passionate about the intersection of leadership, culture, and strategy as drivers of brand impact and meaningful experiences.
