About Malin Liander

As the CHRO and CPO at Avanta, I lead the HR function and strategy for a fast-growing company that help organisations and individuals create value by delivering quality in accounting, tax and advisory services. I am passionate about creating value for both managers, employees, and customers by aligning HR with the business vision and goals. With a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Resources Management and a certificate in Labour Law from Uppsala University, I have a solid foundation in the theoretical and practical aspects of HR. I have also developed strong skills and experience in HCM & HRIS, HR and personnel administration, personnel management, leadership, and recruiting through my previous roles as a HR Generalist and HR Delivery specialist at Getinge and as Consultant Manager at Uppstuk. I have successfully delivered multiple HR projects and processes, expanded and extended customer contracts, and supported HR service delivery and operations. I am also proficient in SAP SuccessFactors, a leading cloud-based HR software, and in addition, Teamtailor, a leading ATS software. My values as an HR professional are driven by my interest in work environment, labour law, employer branding, and company culture. I strive to foster a positive and inclusive work climate, ensure compliance and fairness, enhance the employer reputation, and cultivate a strong and shared organizational identity.
