In my current role as a grocery associate at Hemköp, I am responsible for ensuring that shelves are well-stocked and that products are correctly priced. I work closely with the stock team to receive and organize product deliveries, making sure the department maintains high quality and standards. I also assist customers by helping them find products, answering their questions, and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Additionally, I have recently completed training as a team leader, which has equipped me with new tools to lead and motivate my team. I have gained valuable leadership skills, including effective communication and supporting team members to achieve common goals. By combining my experience in the grocery department with my leadership training, I am now better prepared to contribute to both the success of the store and the performance of my team. Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience working in various roles within retail, customer service, and leadership positions. During my high school years, I worked at the clothing store Salt for three years, where I developed strong customer service skills, learned to manage stock, and handled sales in a fast-paced environment. In addition, I have worked at a Greek charcoal grill, Swedish Match, and Åhléns, where I further honed my skills in customer interaction, sales, and inventory management. I also took on multiple positions simultaneously, such as working at Gigstr and a gas station, while balancing full-time and part-time hours. This taught me to effectively manage my time and responsibilities across different roles, whether as a full-time or part-time employee. No matter the role or work schedule, I have always been diligent and committed to delivering quality service and achieving team goals. My experience across various industries has helped me develop strong multitasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a high standard of professionalism.
