Jeg er advokat ved SANDS sitt kontor i Ålesund og er tilknyttet firmaets arbeidsrettsavdeling. Jeg har også verv som hovedverneombud i firmaet og representerer verneombudene i AMU. Jeg bistår arbeidsgivere innenfor et bredt spekter av arbeidsrettslige og skipsarbeidsrettslige problemstillinger, ved blant annet etablering av arbeidsforhold, stillingsvernssaker og gjennomføring av endrings- og nedbemanningsprosesser. Jeg bistår også virksomheter i deres håndtering av mistanke om kritikkverdige og/eller urettmessige forhold, varslingshåndtering og andre situasjoner hvor det er behov for å kartlegge sakens faktiske forhold. I tillegg bistår jeg virksomheter i deres compliance arbeid. Jeg prosederer jevnlig for domstolene og er også benyttet som foredragsholder, underviser og sensor innen mine fagfelt for NTNU. — I am an attorney at SANDS, connected to the firm’s labour legislation department. I assist employers within a wide scope of employment related issues, by inter alia establishing employment relations, employment protection cases and carrying out changes and employment reducing processes. I also assist businesses in their handling of suspicions of censurable and/or unlawful circumstances, notification processing and other situations where there is a need to map the case’s factual circumstances. In addition, I assist businesses in their compliance work. I litigate cases frequently and is also engaged as a speaker and teacher in labor law subjects at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). mst@sands.no +47 45207688
