About Malin Windahl

I am passionate about helping companies navigate their business development and business transformation efforts. I truly believe that a key to secure sustainable results is to engage different parts of the organization throughout the entire process in order to ensure that we both find the best direction and solution for the company, and gain acceptance in the receiving organization. With nearly 15 years of working with business and IT development in different roles I have gained both deep and broad knowledge of how to best design and run business and IT transformation programs from start to finish. I often act as the bridge between different parts of the organization and ensuring that all aspects of the organization is taken into account. During my career I have had different types of roles and have gained experience working as project manager, business architect, requirements manager and test manager in a variety of projects all with a high degree of customer interaction with both IT and business. Thus, I have a solid understanding of project methodologies and architecture frameworks combined with teambuilding skills. With more than 10 years’ experience of working with implementation and improvement of different types of Retail Industry Solutions, including Retail Store Solutions, Pharmacy Solutions, SAP Forecasting and Replenishment and Omni-Channeling, I have built deep knowledge of Retail Processes and Solutions. I also have 2 years of experience from working within the insurance industry and have thereby gained knowledge about Insurance industry processes and solutions. My personal strengths are my curiosity, analytical skills and commitment to deliver.
