As a mom of 6 young children, I am acutely aware of how my energy impacts those around me and determines whether today will be a good day or a bad day. This power we have to manifest our own realities and empower others through our energy, optimism, and unbridled drive are the backbone to my leadership style. I am a results driven, outcome focused, strategic thinker with a "whole person" management approach. People are capable of a lot more than they give themselves credit for. I've made it my mission to unlock that unlimited potential in others and the results are significant and sustainable. I am energized by movement, shared passion, positivity, and big thinking.
