Digital Forensics, Evidence Recovery and Cyber Incident Response: Managed and executed several complex forensics cases which include e-mail tracing, data recovery, keyword searching, fraud investigation, data theft investigation and email spoofing. The engagements involved forensic acquisition of data from target workstations, mobile devices and servers, preservation, analysis and delivered evidence pertaining to client requirements-Build a Digital forensics lab which involved number of high-end devices, more than 50 users in different offices connected through secure network, and additionally have been involved in Relativity set-up. Apart from the routine challenges of network set-up, the foremost challenge was to create a secure infrastructure, in isolation with enterprise network-Handled large scale of Cloud Infra for KPMG. Primarily hosted both in AWS and Azure-Experience in setup of Private cloud using HCI & VMWare software-Manage entire KPMG Infrastructure including Data Centre, Network, IT Security, End users computing, Service delivery, Information Security and collaboration-Setup New Data Centre and Disaster Recovery-Consolidation of application and infrastructure in 25 PAN India Data Centre-Providing technology vision and publishing technology business plans in support of corporate objectives to grow revenue base and improve margins-Directing quality project & program objectives in with an aim to accomplishing corporate plans and goals successfully-Designing and applying solutions & policies to meet or exceed functional, operational, performance, analytical and security requirements while minimizing technical risks in implementation-Driving client engagement workshops to baseline expectations and SLAs-Leading a company-wide migration of project management software and procedures resulting in improved product quality and more agile, rapid delivery-Leading Design and implement technology solutions based on VMware products and manage a team to provide support for any type of issues within this product suite-Redesigned policy and procedures manual in alignment with comprehensive state rule-making conversion Managed high volume litigation practice-Mentoring team members -Developed policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations-DC Colocation to service provider. Lift and shift model. Also refresh/migrate core applications to new platform-ISO27001: End to End project handled/Implemented ISO27001 -Setup NOC team for 24*7 monitoring -Working with GSOC team for the incident management.
