I have a Bachelor of Science in Medical/Clinical Assistant from S N College of Nursing Shri Ganganagar, and over six years of experience in nursing administration and direct patient care. I have worked with Max Healthcare as a nursing incharge for max@home, a home-based healthcare service that provides comprehensive and personalized care to patients at their doorstep. I have developed and implemented policies and procedures, trained and mentored staff, coordinated with doctors and other departments, and ensured compliance with standards and regulations. I have also provided compassionate and professional care to patients with diverse needs and conditions, including chronic, acute, palliative, and emergency cases.
