About Malle Nei

I graduated from Tallinn University as a Russian language teacher and worked at the school for over 10 years. In 1997 I started teaching Russian to adults. I enjoyed working with children but teaching adults was also very exciting. I discovered how motivated and determined adult learners can be. The atmosphere at Multilingua Language School was very encouraging because very different languages ​​were taught here and I met many nice and exciting colleagues. The language school turned a lot of attention to customers, their satisfaction. I liked that attitude. Foreign languages ​​were taught using a communicative methodology. It was a new approach and very inspiring. Since I have been the manager of the Multilingua Language Center. My job is general school management. Multilingua is constantly evolving. The company has also grown a lot in 20 years. We are now the largest private language school in Estonia. We continue to teach many languages ​​(currently a total of 20 languages). Although we are the largest and one of the oldest schools, we are constantly trying to develop ourselves. We offer many different forms of study. Our principle is that each client must find the most suitable way to learn. I have been a leader for many years and my unwavering understanding is that the most important key to success is a good team. And the Multilingua team is the best of the best. As a team leader, it is very gratifying to see how all team members contribute maximally towards our overall goal, to become a center of competence. Multilingua employs almost 100 teachers. We value them very much because they are also the best of the best. Teacher training in our school is continuous and systematic. We have developed long-term and comprehensive training programs for our teachers. This benefits both teachers and our learners, whose expectations for quality and contemporary language learning are met at Multilingua.
