About Mallesh Reddy

I specialize in scaling SaaS and digital transformation businesses across the Middle East, with a proven ability to launch new markets, drive ARR growth, and create repeatable revenue engines. Over the last two decades, I’ve helped technology companies expand in UAE and Saudi Arabia, delivering 20%+ YoY growth and building $½M+ ARR SaaS ventures from the ground up. My leadership journey includes driving growth for global software vendors, regional system integrators, and SaaS startups, where I’ve built high-performance sales teams, forged alliances, and executed GTM strategies that translated into sustainable ARR growth. Recognized with awards such as the Microsoft President’s Club and multiple regional sales accolades, I bring a results-first approach balanced with a collaborative leadership style. I thrive on turning strategic vision into measurable outcomes, driving new logos, regional expansion, and account growth for technology companies aiming to scale in the Middle East.
