With years of experience in leading people analytics, digital platforms, and knowledge management initiatives across global organizations, I am passionate about leveraging data and technology to enhance human capital and organizational performance. As a Vice President at TPG Global, one of the world's largest private equity firms, I oversee the people analytics capabilities across various funds and sectors, identifying board directors and c-suite executives for deal teams and portfolio companies, and driving automation and efficiency for key processes. Prior to joining TPG, I was the Global Head of Digital Platforms at Egon Zehnder, a leading executive search and leadership advisory firm, where I served as the chief of staff to the executive committee member leading the digital, technology, and operations functions. In this role, I coordinated the budget, communications, and user requirements strategy for the system-wide digital transformation effort, as well as the global knowledge management strategy and technology. I also have extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and delivering executive presentations. In addition to my MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School, I have developed skills in Python, big data, and people analytics through certifications from Columbia Business School and University of Cambridge.
