About Mallory Droddy

Mallory is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor’s in Management and concentration in Human Resources. She previously held her PHR and SHRM-CP. She hopes to obtain her Strategic Talent Acquisition Certification in the near future. She began her career in Human Resource in 2008. After several years in an HR specific role, she transitioned into Recruitment which is where she found her true passion. The majority of her career has been spent in claims recruitment with the exception of one year spent in a banking organization. In claims recruitment, she has experience working with multiple lines including workers compensation, liability, and property nationwide. She specializes in large scale recruitment efforts specifically related to new client onboarding and related staffing needs. She prides herself on maintaining positive and effective relationships with her hiring managers, achieving her time to fill goals, and making a positive impact on the company. In late 2021, Mallory made the move into TA leadership overseeing a team of recruiters managing multi line adjuster recruiting. She is also responsible for the recruitment of claims leadership roles Mallory served as a 2018 Board Member for Northshore Society of Human Resources Management where she will act as Student Chapter Liaison for the Southeastern SHRM Chapter.
