About Mallory Hoffmeyer

As Director of Portfolio Performance, I focus primarily on providing support to Community and Regional Directors to drive property performance and streamline processes in ongoing efforts to exceed the goals and expectations of our clients. I am also a lead on overseeing and training due diligence teams, monitoring RangeWater operations with specific emphasis on ancillary revenue, and assisting with special projects as needed. I began my multifamily career in 2010 and joined RangeWater Real Estate (fka Matrix Residential) in 2015 as an on-site Community Director. I bring a diverse array of asset experience including new developments, value-add communities, student turns, and third-party acquisitions in numerous markets. I currently serve as Chair of the Special Events Committee of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando with a goal to provide high-quality engagement and recognition opportunities for multifamily members. I was recently awarded Volunteer of the Year for my work in 2021 as well as Property Manager of the Year prior to joining RangeWater's corporate office team. I currently enjoy living in Winter Park, FL with my two fur babies. I love travel, good podcasts, reading, yoga, and exploring the Central Florida food scene!
