About Mallory Meverden

My background includes an immense amount of customer service experience. I have worked in both the medical and food industry all of my working life. All positions have been face to face (or over the phone) with the general public and other professionals. I have worked closely with a wide variety of age ranges for employees, including high school students working their first jobs, to retired persons wanting to fill their day with short work shifts. Most recently I am a Lead Technician. I perform the technical aspects involved with a routine eye exam. I enjoy interacting with patients and their families to make sure that their experience with our office is one to write home about. In my current position, I have worked with general everyday patients, along with pediatric patients dealing with their first ever eye exam and the need for medical and/or prosthetic assistance in their vision & with geriatric patients coming in for general eye exams or postoperative cataracts. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with the VA in arranging care for our veterans. I bring to the table a wide variety of computer skills. Including multiple scheduling systems, Word, Excel, Office Mate, Mac Practice, and Power Point. I am confident with communication in American Sign Language, if it should ever be needed I enjoy hiking, scrapbooking, geocatching and my dogs.
