One of my proudest achievements was being part of grand opening of a new store - building a team from the ground up, establishing workflows, and creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and fun from day one. This experience sharpened my ability to lead through change, develop talent, and deliver results under pressure. I later transitioned into accounting, gaining a strong foundation in financial operations. For the past 3 years, I’ve specialized in healthcare proposals, where I’ve thrived in fast-paced environments, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals. I’m highly proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - and I’m known for being dependable, collaborative, and deeply committed to the success of my team and projects.
