About Mallory Stephens

I have always been told I was a “people person”, so I decided to use this natural born skill to build my career path. My innate ability to converse with new individuals and make it a comfortable, effortless process for all parties provides my customers with a sense of relatability, allowing me to build rapport and trust, where others may struggle. People are “my thing”, and I believe that becomes apparent very quickly through my level of compassion for others. After all, I strive daily to help others achieve their goals, all while achieving my own! My substantial sales and customer facing background has allowed me to build a solid foundation on which I continue to thrive throughout my career journey. The knowledge and expertise I have obtained from each position I’ve occupied has paved my path to success in all of my roles; from account management in the logistics and transportation field, to leasing apartments/property management, to selling homes in the booming Charlotte industry of new home construction, and now to selling residential real estate. I’m quick-witted, very easily trainable, and with my glass half full mentality and level of determination, not much stands in my way of achieving my goals. When I’m off the clock, you can catch me hiking the nearby peaks, taking my three dogs on adventures, attempting (not always successfully!) fun DIY home improvement projects, canvas painting or acrylic paint pouring or relaxing with friends and family, preferably by a body of water.
