About Mallory Thysell

I have gained years of experience working in Substance Abuse, Incarcerated Individuals, Foster Care, Equine Therapy and dual diagnosis treatment. I graduated May 3rd 2022 with a Master in Counseling Psychology. My associate Number is AMFT# I am looking for an associate position that will challenge me and provide growth. I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge that I utilize to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues. I am experienced in written and oral communication, marketing and case management. I have come a long way in my personal journey in life and therefore, I feel I stand out as an example to others that it is possible. You can overcome trauma and addiction. Radical acceptance is something I live by in life and in treatment. I feel it's very important to accept the client where they are. I achieved the ability to live life day by day and not take anything for granted. I have worked extremely hard through all my trials and tribulations to get where I am today. I am very open to all different types of work environments and I am looking for a work environment where I use my critical thinking and problem solving skills within a collaborating team.
