About Malobika Sen

As a Teaching Assistant at WBNUJS, Kolkata, and a former University Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at the same institution, I bring a robust background in legal academia and research to the fore. Currently pursuing my doctoral studies in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) at NUJS, Kolkata, I am deeply engaged in unraveling the complexities of IPR litigation under the guidance of Prof.(Dr.) Anirban Mazumdar. My professional journey commenced as a Judicial Law Clerk to Hon'ble Justice Soumen Sen, an experience that endowed me with a comprehensive understanding of the nuances within the judicial system. I hold degrees from NUJS (Masters) and RMLNLU (Graduation), grounding my academic prowess in law. At present, my role extends beyond academia as I guide aspiring legal minds in Labour Law and Industrial Relations, Disability and Legal System, and the Study of IP Dispute Resolution. I take pride in nurturing budding talents and aiding them in their journey through legal studies and entrance exams. Honored as the inaugural SPICY IP doctoral fellow for 2023-24, I remain committed to pushing the boundaries of intellectual discourse in the realm of IPR. My passion lies in fostering a deeper understanding of legal intricacies, paving the way for insightful and impactful contributions to the field. With an avid interest in tutoring legal studies and entrance exams, I strive to empower the next generation of legal professionals while continually expanding my expertise in the dynamic landscape of IPR litigation.
