About Malorie Bernier

As a dedicated barista at Dutch Bros Coffee, I’m passionate about serving others and creating positive experiences for customers. I thrive in environments where personal connections and exceptional service are at the forefront. In addition to my work at Dutch Bros, I am an intern with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where I support refugees who are newly arrived in the U.S. I help individuals and families in their first 90 days, offering resources and guidance as they navigate their new lives. This experience has deepened my commitment to human rights and global issues. I am about to complete my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with an emphasis on International Relations, from the University of Arizona. During my time in college, I had the unique opportunity to study at the American University of Rome, where my highlight course was International Human Rights Law. This experience in Rome expanded my global perspective and solidified my passion for working on international issues and advocating for human rights.
