Passionate commercial c-level executive with 25 years of experience in sales & marketing, business development, shopper marketing, customer marketing, and general management at Procter & Gamble, Philips, Dentsu Aegis and my own company Mo’s Daughters. After a career of delivering commercial impact, developing people and of building commercial skills, talent and teams I now help SMEs professionalize their commercial organization and bring their sales organization to the next level. How- After a thorough intake to understand your business, needs and challenges I'll spend 1-2 days a week (3-6 months max.) in your offices to directly work with your commercial/sales team. I'll work hands-on on a one-on-one basis with your team members to a.o- Understand their customers (even) better - Have more successful sales pitches - Prepare important meetings - Develop their sales saviness/instincts - Teach them how to handle objections, negotiate with more ease and communicate effectively (external as well as internal)- Teach them to use data to grow sales and understand their business (even) better The work I’ll do in your organization, with you and your team will be fully geared towards building the right skills and mindset by doing. The purpose is that your team is strengthened, more confident, professional, successful and skilled when I leave. This is not about consulting you on commercial strategy or acting as ad interim commercial manager. It is about delivering direct commercial impact by doing better and learning by doing. Developing your teams and helping them succeed on their own. When it is time to let your team run on its own, we will sit down and make sure you and your organization are set up to make the change stick.
