Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a singular vision: harnessing the power of technology to create lasting business transformation and real impact. I began in IT consulting at PwC Germany’s Financial Services practice where I honed my skills in project management and strategy advisory, laying the foundation for solving complex challenges with innovative solutions. Later, as Co-Founder of CONF3RENCE, I helped shape the future of Web3: building go-to-market strategies, and hosting industry events that connect thousands of stakeholders at the intersection of emerging tech and traditional industries. Most recently, I led Labs at NOUMENA Digital AG, focusing on bridging blockchain innovation with business strategy for large institutions. In that role, I worked with partners like PwC on tokenization projects. Today, I serve as Director of Tokenization & RWA and Europe Lead at the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) where I’m focused on building and accelerating the real-world asset and institutional adoption pipeline in Europe and beyond. My mission is to bridge traditional finance and Web3, working with leading institutions and channel partners to unlock new models for issuance, distribution, and settlement on Stellar. I’m passionate about practical innovation: not technology for its own sake but solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and access to the global financial system.
