About Malte Krohn

I’m Dr. Malte Krohn—an innovation strategist, tech-humanist, and embodiment advocate currently shaping a human-centered AI transformation at the intersection of business, policy, and society. At Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, I support and represent the interests of over businesses as part of our AI & Cybersecurity team. My work focuses on building bridges in the AI ecosystem—creating formats, conversations, and strategies that make AI more human-centered and our society future-ready through innovation. With an industry-based doctorate on the human side of innovation and a Faculty Innovation Fellowship from Stanford University's d.school, I combine academic depth with a design-driven and hands-on approach. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across startup ecosystems, corporate innovation programs, and in higher education—from founding mindfulstartup.school to building the reBOOTCAMP founder retreats, and co-shaping international programs. Today, as a certified AI manager, I continue to bring together AI builders, policymakers, innovators, and curious minds—through summits, workshops, and ongoing dialogue in my LinkedIn community. I believe innovation must be rooted in values, embodied in practice, and built collaboratively.
