I’m a passionate advocate for open innovation, partnerships, and collaboration to drive meaningful change in the agrifood system. After nearly a decade in the food industry, I made a purposeful pivot to the impact-focused nonprofit sector - a transition that has been both energizing and deeply fulfilling. It has deepened my commitment to system innovation and given me a renewed sense of purpose in shaping a sustainable future of food. At the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) Food, Europe’s leading food innovation community, I build and nurture strategic partnerships across corporates, startups, research institutions, and universities. My work as Senior Partnership Manager is rooted in ecosystem building: fostering collaborative, pre-competitive projects and programmes that create scalable, real-world impact. With a pan-European perspective and a background in supply chain and product/packaging development, I bring both industry expertise and cross-sector insight to complex food system challenges. Therefore, I thrive at the intersection of strategy and collaboration - where bold ideas meet practical execution to create scalable, system-level change that benefits people, planet, and the entire food ecosystem.
