As an HR I mainly got involved in event Planning. Also logistics Coordination like managing logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and coordination of event staff. Interacted with event vendors, negotiated contracts, and ensured services met the requirements and standards of the company. Communication assisted in promoting events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and internal communication platforms with budget tracking at every point, ensuring expenditures stayed within allocated limits and provided cost-effective solutions. By combining HR and event management responsibilities, I likely gained valuable skills in multitasking, communication, and project management. These experiences can be a strong foundation for future roles in HR, event management. As an HR, I was involved in making calls to potential candidates. This was typically a part of the recruitment process. Phone Screenings, conducted initial phone screenings with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the job requirements. Asked pre-determined questions to gauge candidates' communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit. Providing Information, shared essential information with candidates, such as details about the company, the job role, and the interview process. By getting into employee engagement, I made calls to each and every candidate and documented information gathered during phone screenings and ensured that candidate records were accurate and up-to-date. I sent follow-up emails or made additional calls to keep candidates informed about the status of their applications or next steps in the recruitment process. By participating in these activities, I have contributed to the efficiency of the recruitment process, helped identify suitable candidates, and played a role in ensuring a positive candidate experience.
