Currently leading the technology practice for Ruder Finn in India. Responsible for building and driving integrated communications campaigns, strategic consulting, new business development, crisis management, team mentoring and management. In my last role, I was driving marketing and communication initiatives across earned, owned and paid media for Diebold Nixdorf in India. This included strategic planning, developing and executing communications strategy for both internal and external communications, business and talent branding, digital and social media campaigns, executive communications and relationship management with industry associations. Prior to DN, I was associated with American Express where I was involved in the development and implementation of communication strategies and programs that supported the goals of the B2B business for the company India. Also provided support for corporate social responsibility, human resources and internal communications for the India business. Previous to my corporate experience, I was leading the consumer technology portfolio from North India as Managing Partner at Genesis Burson Marsteller (Now BCW) with over a decade of experience in the communications industry. Additionally led business operations for Step Up North (Division providing focused and customized communications offerings to startups and upcoming brands from various industries as well as investor networks). As someone rooted in the industry with over 15 years of experience, I have been responsible for developing and defining intensive, impactful and controlled communication campaigns for some of the biggest companies across the globe.
