With over 6 years of experience in the Global Business Services industry, I’ve worked across diverse business environments, gaining deep insight into both business and IT functions. I began my career as a PEGA Cloud Application Specialist in the O2C (Order to Cash) team, supporting the Global IT Master Data Management application. Over time, I expanded into EDI integrations, procurement, and the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle. I’ve managed high-risk payment approvals and vendor/customer master data, always focused on enhancing customer experiences through technology. I’m deeply passionate about AI, GenAI, automation, and digital innovation particularly how these can be applied to education and business transformation. Having worked across Asia, Europe, and North America. I believe the most impactful solutions arise from combining different disciplines and perspectives. That’s why I love working with global teams of Digital Advisors to develop user-centered, innovative solutions. My ambition is to bridge the gap between business and technology to deliver results that truly matter. Currently, I’m completing a research project as part of my second master’s in Canada, focusing on leadership and technology integration in higher education. After completing my MBA Foundations, I worked with diverse, multicultural teams, strengthening my belief in the importance of equitable leadership. My curiosity and optimism drive me to take initiative, inspire others, and lead inclusively. With a unique blend of IT and business acumen, supported by real-world leadership experience, I aim to share knowledge with the next generation of business students through teaching and research. My long-term goal is to pursue a PhD and contribute meaningfully to leadership development and digital transformation in education.
