I am an educationist and a HR Professional with management & teaching experience in schools and corporate expertise in employee training & development, recruitment, employee relations and succession planning. I have a diverse skill set blending along a formal background in HR and Education with hands on experience as Principal of a CBSE affiliated senior secondary school to launching India's first virtual home-schooling platform, teaching senior secondary classes, conceptualising & opening a pre-primary school, managing a multi-speciality hospital, hospitality industry and freelance recruitment. I am confident of my ability to adapt and excel in dynamic environments with challenging roles, adding value to the organisation with change management skills. As a military spouse, my exposure to different locations across country and abroad, has shaped my personality to embrace change and imbibe key management facets like adaptability, resilience, independence, confidence, strong support network, time management, organising skills coupled with EQ qualities like compassion, empathy and cultural awareness.
