I completed my BBA - HR in 2021. During my last semester of BBA, I started my professional journey by undertaking a two-month internship at PTCL in the Talent Acquisition department. Where I was responsible for - shortlisting CVs, tele screening, providing assistance in scheduling and conduction of interviews, maintaining employee files etc. Following my internship at PTCL, I continued my education by enrolling in an MBA program at Bahria University in October 2021, where I once again chose HR as my specialization. Simultaneously, I undertook a six-month internship at the HR Department of FMC, located in AIR University. My responsibilities were - Managing and updating employee leave record, Maintaining and updating employee files, managing employee data, taking approvals on minutes, contract letters and appointment letters, assisted in promotion board of employees, providing assistance in employee performance evaluation procedure. Subsequently, I pursued another internship opportunity at the HR (Talent Acquisition) Department of HBL Microfinance Bank for a period of one month. My key responsibilities included - tele screening, maintaining employee files, providing assistance in scheduling and conduction of interviews, checking test scores of employees, drafting appointment letters, memos, and contract letters of employees, taking approvals on memos, contract letters and appointment letters. During my search for new opportunities, I came across the vacant position of HR Project Trainee at Contour Software, and I made the decision to join their Team. During my six-month tenure there, I was responsible for managing a bootcamp program sponsored by PASHA & PSEB by working as a bootcamp manager. My key responsibilities were - promoting bootcamps via different social media platforms and gathering a pool of interested students, working on the enrollments via tele screening and scrutiny of educational documents, providing orientation sessions, maintaining students' files, managing trainers' attendance via biometric and manually, enrolling students using ATS and updating students' data on Lms, scheduling and managing classes, maintaining records, assisting trainers in evaluation process of students etc.
