As a Product Owner at CIBC, I orchestrate the entire product lifecycle of Salesforce Frontline Technology Strategy, from inception to launch. I collaborate closely with the product team and internal stakeholders to gather information and synthesize findings into business requirements and design. I leverage my data analysis skills to make data-driven decisions that result in exceptional product experiences.I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Global Management and Accounting from Ryerson University, which equipped me with a solid foundation in business concepts and practices. I am also certified in Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC), SAP ERP, and Excel Pivot Tables, which demonstrate my proficiency in various tools and platforms. One of my proudest achievements was being a key player in one of the largest implementations of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud in the nation, which enhanced the efficiency and productivity of our business processes. I am passionate about innovation and continuous learning, and I always seek out opportunities to develop and implement strategic initiatives that create extraordinary solutions.
