About Manali Mehta

Growing up as a kid, I used to love to dismantle toys/games/gadgets I had my sight fixated on, in an endeavour to understand how and why these things work the way they do, how these little things when connected could revamp into something that works at its full potential. My next favourite thing was to play a game in which I imagined "What if I am in their mind?". This was a small amusement designed by my childish brain in which when an individual is talking to me, I would envision what does that individual see from their eyes, why is the individual talking the way they are, what is the perspective/thoughts behind those talks, what is the intent? Luckily, I never knew these small diversions were the ones that would help me and prepare myself to become the Lead Business Analyst I am. It taught me to analyse the smaller parts and helped me to build the bigger picture. This is what made me love to dig into customer problems and provide an optimum solution. Furthermore it contributed to my interpersonal abilities and became a second nature to me. This helped me in dealing and handling a team and keeping amazing client relationships as it is said "Get closer than ever to your customers. So close that you tell them what they need well before they realize it themselves." Apart from this, my personal professional experiences have taught me the following about myself -I put the customer at the centre of all that I do -My intution is good, but I seek data for my decisions -I love to win, but helping the team gives me greater joy-I am constantly learning as I never settle -I stay calm when faced with adversity When I'm not working I love to dance, travel and enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
