About Manali Singha

I am a bioinformatics scientist at the Institute for Genomic Medicine (IGM) at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where I apply computational methods to study cancer genomics and identify novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets. I have a PhD in Computational System Biology from Louisiana State University, where I conducted research on gene regulatory networks and systems biology approaches for complex diseases. I have over seven years of work experience in bioinformatics, including a summer internship at ABS Global, where I built a computational pipeline for predicting beef carcass weight using genotype and phenotype data. I have skills in science, cancer, neural networks, and various bioinformatics tools and platforms. I am passionate about using my expertise in computational genomics and bioinformatics to advance the understanding and treatment of cancer and other diseases.
