Background

About Manali Slack

I’m a UI/UX and product designer with a strong focus on creating impactful, user-centered digital experiences. Currently, as a Web Designer at the IU School of Medicine, I’m leading initiatives that enhance user engagement and donor conversions. My work has directly contributed to a 30% increase in donor conversions and a 20% rise in digital magazine story views through responsive design, data-driven decisions, and collaborative solutions. Previously, at Harsh Systems, I led the UX redesign of a native Salesforce app,"SurveyVista," which boosted user engagement by 40% and decreased bounce rates by 25%. By applying rigorous A/B testing, usability analysis, and iterative design, I helped shape an engaging user experience that resulted in a significant increase in customer acquisition. With a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction and a robust background in research methods, I am dedicated to using design as a tool to solve real-world problems and enhance accessibility. I have led projects with Penske Entertainment and Endress + Hauser, where I collaborated closely with stakeholders to develop innovative product concepts and prototypes that address industry needs. Whether through product design, responsive web design, or UX research, my mission is to create solutions that not only look great but also serve a purpose and improve the user experience. Let's connect and explore opportunities to create innovative, user-friendly designs.
