Other than that, my excellency is in residential project management, operation management, strategy development & deployment, and team development has provided him with a strong foundation to raise in the banking industry. Currently, I am spearheading the entire Home loan vertical of the Mumbai region for sale and marketing giants of mandate business, Justo Realfintech Pvt Ltd. I am primarily responsible for generating revenue through builder projects, managing payment schedules of banks, and driving the entire project. I also manage structuring of payment schedules with banks for marketing various projects. Assisting developers with end-to-end home loan service, partnering up with clients, and communicating updates to the stakeholders, are some of my residuary responsibilities. I hold proven comprehensive expertise in the management of bank accounts, fixed deposits, vendor bills, and cheques & payments processing. Furthermore, I am well-versed with top-notch skills like documentation, reporting, client relationship management, bank relationship management, process evaluation, training, and team development. And, in terms of his technical expertise, I am having a stronghold on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) & CRM Software like Kastle, Zoho, Salesforce, Trello, & Sisense.
