About Manan Gupta

I am a gold medalist in Masters of Science in Information Science from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. Developed machine learning models applicable in the field of bioinformatics. I have published works on clustering, classification and neural networks. well versed in machine learning workflow, MLOps, my interests include unsupervised learning, deep neural networks, transformers, large language models and big data mining using computational intelligence for knowledge discovery. I have recently started preliminary research on transfer learning. I have submitted my PhD thesis. My domain of research was bioinformatics. My research interests include but not limited to: Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Natural Language Processing, Neural Networks, Data Mining. I have a keen interest in Machine Learning and its applications in various multidisciplinary domains such as computational linguistics, computational physics, and computational psychology.
