About Manan Vyas

I have a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor, where I learned to apply advanced engineering principles and methods to solve complex problems. I have over four years of experience in production and project planning, working for different companies in the manufacturing and processing industries. I have core competencies in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and kaizen, which I use to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. In my previous roles I was responsible for preparing and updating production schedules, coordinating with different departments and suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. I worked with a cross-functional team of engineers, operators, quality control, and logistics, and contributed to the successful completion of several projects, including a large contract for a major client. I also supported the implementation of lean and kaizen initiatives, resulting in improved productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. I am motivated by challenging and dynamic work environments, where I can apply my skills and knowledge to create value and deliver results. I am also eager to learn from others and share my perspectives and experiences, as I believe that diversity and collaboration are key to innovation and growth.
