I'm a growth-focused CMO and co-founder of Inaiways Technology, the company behind AI-Portal. I partner with CEOs and business owners to transform their vision into data-driven Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that deliver results. My expertise spans market research, channel selection, and AI-powered marketing automation, empowering businesses to optimize their GTM execution and achieve sustainable growth. As a cofounder of Inaiways, I set & spearhead the growth strategy for Inaiways. Through clear & regular communication across all stakeholders, I ensure their alignment with the vision & mission of the company. By wearing multiple hats as customer, I also contribute towards product development. I was instrumental in onboarding initial key customers as well as raising the first round of funding. As a business leader, I champion methodologies like market-fit, fail-fast, MVP, and customer-centric business development approach, both internally & externally. By collaborating with CEOs & business owners and I empower them identify most effective sales channel and key performance indicators (KPIs) for their unique needs. As a CMO, I chalk out branding and marketing plans for Inaiways. I work closely with sales & marketing teams to ensure we meet our targets regularly. I evaluate multiple sales growth channels (both inbound & outbound) and discover newer distribution channels. I focus on maximizing ROI from each channel by data-driven insights. This includes refining our ideal customer profile (ICP) and experimenting with offerings, pricing, and delivery processes. On personal front, I am a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology – Jalandhar (NIT – Jalandhar). Over past 15 years, I have gained wealth of experience working in both domestic and international markets. Beyond the realm of business, I'm a passionate connector. Building bridges between individuals from diverse backgrounds and professions fuels my personal growth and broadens my perspective on the world.
