I am an engineering professional with more than 29 years’ of rich experience in engineering industry giant BHEL, in the field of Marketing of spares for Thermal and Hydro power plants, Material Procurement & Management, Customer co-ordination and relations, environment management and industrial pollution control. My domain expertise is Marketing and materials Management, Contract management, Industrial Pollution Prevention and Control. Significant experience earned in conducting Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies and developing Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for various industries. I have successfully implemented Environmental Management Systems (EMS) in both within the organisation and at manufacturing sites. Resourceful in interfacing with the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Pollution Control Board, Govt. Departments for various approvals and clearances etc. I am also a certified auditor for conducting audit of Environment Management System (ISO 14001) and well versed with OHSAS 18001.
