About Manas Tungar

Tungar Manas from Brick School of Architecture, Pune. I completed Architecture in the year 2022. For me ARCHITECTS are the perfect example of tenko-hito. Tenko-heaven bearer, Hito-workers. To sum it up,"ARCHITECTS are the people who posses the power to build heaven on earth" After dealing with academic projects for four years, I have started to believe in a timeless but rooted perspective. I believe change is constant, but is good, only when its roots are embedded in culture and environment. I have also started to develop interest in parametric architecture but would also like to investigate its practicality. Hence, I'm capable of putting forth some great designs. Recently, I have received top 15 special mention in Nonurbanism’s international competition - “Call for Non - Urban Ideas 220-21”, shortlisted for 2nd round in RUR Green Design’s “Design for Good Challenge”. My paper on “Artificial Intelligence in Architecture” has been selected for publishing and presentation by D. Y. Patil School of Architecture, Lohegaon in association with M.A.S A. Through such competitions I have had a glimpse of the architectural world beyond the four walls of college, but would explore it further.
