I am an energetic, analytical and collaborative executive leader with a passion for solving customer problems and leading organizations through change. My expertise is in developing, communicating and operationalizing winning corporate and functional strategies, and in building and leading teams to achieve outstanding results. My 20+ years of healthcare and retail experience includes a range of progressively senior roles across Strategy, Marketing, Communications, Analytics and IT at leading Canadian businesses, showcasing a unique ability to quickly establish myself as a leader in new environments and excel at both strategic and tactical responsibilities. I am a strong communicator with a track record of fostering relationships across diverse stakeholders, and influencing and motivating across every level of leadership to achieve a common vision. I hold an MBA from Queen's University and an HBA from the University of Western Ontario, and am looking for opportunities to add value through Board service.
