At Rivian, I lead commercial strategy initiatives that tie together analytics, sales, engineering, and digital—shaping how we engage customers and drive growth. From lead scoring to digital conversion paths and customer personas, I focus on building systems that connect insight to impact. Before that, I was Chief of Staff to the CEO at EXL, where I drove GTM and board-level initiatives that helped double the company’s market cap. I led the shift from a services-led to a solution-led model—integrating digital offerings, evolving our GTM approach, and driving margin improvement. For the first 6 years of my career, I worked as Citi’s embedded delivery partner across credit, finance, and digital. I helped expand credit access through ML-based underwriting, supported regulatory approvals, and led delivery efforts that opened EXL’s footprint in new international markets. MBA from Wharton.
