I’ve tried a lot of things —starting with a home bakery, managing social media for a digital news portal, and writing for a Marathi magazine even before I turned 20. Eventually, I stepped into corporate life with a B2C sales job, sold high-ticket products with the usual sales pressures.The experience I got from it is invaluable. From there, I transitioned to B2B SaaS, where I started with cold calls and LinkedIn outreach. Soon, I trained and led a team of 3 members, and worked closely with the C-suite team too! I failed several times, and I still do. But I always tried to focus on the learnings rather than the mistakes I made. In my role, my focus has now moved to email marketing. With the efforts of my sincere team, we manage to get more than 40% open rate in multiple campaigns and schedule 20+ meetings monthly. This experience got me interested in the bigger picture of business, and now I'm learning how great products solve real problems! I’m also proud to have earned a gold medal at university—it surely reminds me to stay dedicated and keep pushing forward. For me, it all comes down to one belief: Life will give you 100 chances, you might switch 100 jobs, but what stays with you is sincerity and gratitude.
