About Manasi Tayade

I’m a passionate and results-driven Full Stack Developer and Data Scientist with a Master’s in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University. With over 6 years of combined industry experience across software development, machine learning, and data analytics, I thrive at the intersection of technology, innovation, and impact.Currently at Holtec International, I manage a comprehensive Purchase Order lifecycle system built using the.NET stack, streamlining procurement workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. Previously, at Connected Care Resources and SRS Software Solutions, I applied machine learning, data mining, and analytics to solve real-world challenges—from predicting patient readmission risks to optimizing search algorithms and conducting customer segmentation through clustering techniques. My core technical skills include.NET (C#), ASP.NET MVC, Razor, SQL Server, Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Tableau, JavaScript, and SQL.In addition to my technical expertise, I bring a creative and analytical mindset—a rare combination that helps me not just build solutions, but also imagine and visualize better ones. I have a deep interest in AI/ML research, continuously exploring new models and their mathematical underpinnings to stay ahead in the fast-evolving tech space. Outside of tech, I’m also a visual artist with a love for painting—because creativity fuels innovation, whether it’s on a canvas or in code.I believe that technology should serve to simplify life and amplify human potential, and I’m excited to be a part of that journey.
