If I have to summarise my learnings from 12 years of my corporate and entrepreneurial stint, the key to success doesn't lie in what you do in able and conducive environment but how you react to failures in tough times, analyse and foresee the opportunity in the challenges, and finally execute the plan to sail through it effectively. I am an innovative and performance-driven individual with leadership proficiency who thrives in high pressure and fast-paced situations. Astute understanding of starting the business from scratch and then scaling it up to a profitable enterprise. My corporate experience taught me how to be an excellent team player and helped me to comprehend the nuances of how big MNCs operate with streamlined processes coupled with effective decision making. Being a quick learner, I used the acquired learnings with my inherent sales skillset to foray into the entrepreneurial world. The entrepreneurial journey has been tremendously exciting, rewarding and most importantly content as I was able to make profits with purpose. With the help of my team, so far I have built two companies in Ed- Tech and Ad -Tech space with a team of 200+ people combined. Buddy4Study : India’s largest scholarship platform with more than 2.5 million registered students. With a vision to make “Quality education accessible to all students”, its the transactional marketplace and end to end scholarship solution platform for students & providers. It aims to create an ecosystem to empower deserving students, nurture their merit and talent through existing scholarships. Piquic- Moksha Designs Pvt Ltd : India’s leading creative tech company working with more than 500 clients globally. The vision of Piquic is to Reinvent Visual Content for E-commerce and Advertising industry. We are bringing automation and customisation to the visual content production process by using computer vision and artificial intelligence. Apart from work, I have been a keynote speaker on platforms like TEDx and various colleges where I talk about topics such as Entrepreneurship, Leadership among others. I also have a penchant towards writing and recently I launched my first book "Pursuit of Life" which connects professional life with spiritual awakening.
