About Manav Gupta

Hi, I'm Manav Gupta, founder of Balistro Consultancy. I am a marketer by profession, entrepreneur by heart and a hustler by actions. I have always had a knack of solving problems and starting ventures from my childhood starting from selling projects during my school days to starting an e-commerce platform, a fruit cart, a taxi service, a talk show and a book selling platform during my college days and earning good pocket money from each. I feel in love with marketing after I did 3-4 internships during my college days and really enjoyed it. I got hands on experience with affiliate marketing, app marketing, data analysis which then started my stint with Merkle Sokrati, one of the biggest performance marketing agency in the country. I worked there for more than 2.5 years, got promoted to Manger - Business strategy in just 1.5 years and worked with clients like Swiggy, Toppr, Lenskart, Yahoo Cricket, Aditya Birla Group to name a few and managed paid media at a scale of more than a 5 Cr/month and helping them with various objectives from app install, user acquisition, leads, and others. Later I worked with clients like Levis, Marks and Spencer, Voot, STL tech and others and helped them grow their business organically using SEO and ASO. During the pandemic I decided to start my own agency, SquidMind where we dealt with services from Digital marketing, website development and cyber security and we grew the business to a revenue of more than 50 Lacs in a duration of less than 1.5 years. In 2022, I decided to exit the same and take on the next challenge. Started Balistro Consultancy in March 2022, and we are offering services from Performance marketing, SEO, Graphic designing and data analysis and working with clients from various geographies from USA, Canada, India, Australia, Dubai, HongKong to name a few, ranging from verticals like E-Commerce, BFSI, OTT, Ed-Tech, Real estate, Healthcare, and others.
